Certain Sytclix services are offered on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the agreed-upon fee on a monthly or annual cycle until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@sytclix.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in your agreement. Setup or one-time fees, where applicable, are non-refundable except as explicitly provided in your service agreement or our money-back guarantee terms.

Sytclix Corporation strives to deliver high-quality websites, automation, and marketing services. However, you acknowledge that:

• Results such as lead volume, search rankings, and conversions depend on many factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.

Client-provided content, logos, and assets remain the property of the respective client. Custom websites built for clients are transferred to the client only upon full payment and as outlined in the service agreement.

Sytclix is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or performance of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the terms outlined in your specific service agreement. Where a money-back guarantee applies, it is honored according to the conditions stated at the time of purchase. Recurring subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the paid billing period. One-time setup fees and custom development work are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
